Travel to the First Step to speak with a character there AFTER defeating Godrick.
If the character is not there, there will be a message telling the player to go to Rose Church.
Players will need to talk to the NPC at Rose Church (location seen at the 1:01 mark above. It is near the Academy of Raya Lucaria.
Choose the top dialogue option, questioning the Two Fingers.
Use the Bloody Festering Fingers to invade other players three times. Victory or death does not matter.
Talk to the NPC at Rose Church again to receive the Lord of Blood’s Favor Item.
Go to the Church of Inhibition (location seen around the 1:50 mark above. Players should be careful in this area).
Defeat the Invading NPC upon arrival at the church
Interact with the Maiden corpse there to bloody the Lord of Blood’s Favor item.
Return to the Rose Church and talk with the NPC. Accept his proposal to receive the bloody finger.
Talk with the NPC again to get the Pureblood Knight’s Medal.
Use this item to teleport. Immediately turn around, hug the wall to the left, run through the river of blood, and climb the hill, ignoring all enemies along the way. If players die, they can simply use the Medal to teleport there again.
