What Is Whitestrake's Mayhem

The Whitestrake's Mayhem (previously called Midyear Mayhem) is an event that focuses on PvP and takes place in Cyrodiil, Battlegrounds, and Imperial City. To participate in the event, you must be at least level 10 to enter the PvP areas. Usually, the Whitestrake's Mayhem takes place twice a year: one is active in January and the other in July.

Everyone can participate in the event: Cyrodiil and Battlegrounds are part of the base game, and the Imperial City DLC can be claimed for free in the Crown Store.

During the Whitestrake's Mayhem, people can visit Crown Store and start the Whitestrake's Mayhem event quest. Upon completing the quest, you will receive Pelinal's Boon Box and the Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity.

Using the Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity, you will enjoy a 2-hour, 100% buff on Alliance Points gained and XP gain for PvP player kills in Imperial City, Cyrodiil, and Battlegrounds. The Scroll of Pelinal's Ferocity is a reusable item, which means you can keep it to receive the buff during the event. If you completed the quest in the past and still have the scroll, you can reuse it. If you lose the scroll mid-event, you can purchase it from Predicant Maera with 100 gold or 100 Alliance Points.

During the Whitestrake's Mayhem, you will earn special rewards and collectibles. For example, you can unlock the Mayhem Victor's Laurel Wreath, which is a reward for completing the Star-Made Knight Achievement.

Pelinal's Boon Boxes

During the Whitestrake's Mayhem event, you'll receive Pelinal's Boon Boxes. These boxes are gifted in addition to your regular rewards for the Worthy containers and as PvP daily quest rewards from the following activities:

•    Battleground quests from Battlemaster Rivyn

•    Scouting, Battle, Warfront, and Conquest Missions

•    Elder Scroll capture and recapture quests

•    Town quests in Vlastarus, Bruma, Cropsford, Cheydinhal, and Chorrol

•    Imperial City daily quests

Pelinal's Boon Boxes may contain the following items:

•    Parcel of Tel Var Stones

•    Cyrodiil Repair Kit

•    Soul Gems

•    Alchemy ingredients

•    An item for your Alliance's armor style

•    An item for Akaviri armor style

•    A Daedric siege weapon

•    A Whitestrake's Mayhem book furnishing

•    A Forward Camp for your Alliance

•    A Chapter of your Alliance's armor motif

•    There is even a small possibility that you might receive the full book.

•    A Prismatic Runestone

•    A Chapter for the Akaviri armor motif

•    There is even a small possibility that you might receive the full book.

•    Alliance Breton Terrier pet fragment

•    There is even a chance you might receive two fragments instead of one.

•    A Transmute Geode

•    Container with two tradeable runeboxes for Battle-Scarred Body and Face Markings

In addition, you can also earn Black Drake Clanwrap Armor Style pages and the House Dufort Banneret Armor Style Style pages during the event. These pages have a chance to drop from Bosses in the Imperial City and the Imperial City Sewers. 

Double Resources

Throughout the event, all nodes in Cyrodiil and the Imperial City drop double their regular resources. 

Adhazabi Aba-daro

Also, the Cyrodiil merchant, Adhazabi Aba-daro (aka. The Golden), offers jewelry in legendary quality during the event. Depending on your Alliance, you can find Adhazabi Aba-daro in Cyrodiil at the Western Elsweyr gate, Northern High Rock gate, or Southern Morrowind gate. 

Cyrodiil Daily Repeatable Quests

There are various daily repeatable quests that you can complete in Cyrodiil. Visit the Mission Board at your Alliance's primary Border Keep to start a Battle, Bounty, Conquest, Scouting, or Warfront repeatable quest. 

Cyrodiil Daily Repeatable PvE Quests

Besides PvP-related quests, there are also PvE daily repeatable quests to find in Cyrodiil. You can complete the Settlement quests in Bruma, Cheydinhal, Chorrol, Cropsford, and Vlastarus. 

Where to Do the Cyrodiil Daily Repeatable PvE Quests

Imperial City Daily Repeatable District Quests

In the Imperial City, you can complete up to six Imperial City Daily repeatable district quests. In your Alliance base, you can find a room with many ladders. You will want to climb up each ladder to find a daily quest giver for that specific Imperial City district. You can complete:

•    The Dousing the Fires of Industry quest in the Elven Gardens district

•    The Historical Accuracy quest in the Arboretum district

•    The Lifeblood of an Empire quest in the Arena district

•    The Priceless Treasures quest in the Temple district

•    The Speaking for the Dead quest in the Memorial district

•    The Watch Your Step quest in the Nobles district.

Where to Do the Imperial City Daily Repeatable District Quests

Battleground Daily Repeatable Quests

Battlegrounds are small-scale PVP matches. Speak to Battlemaster Rivyn at any Gladiator's quarters to pick up a Battleground daily repeatable quest. You can complete：

•    Let the Games Begin: Participate in five Battleground matches

•    Test of Mettle: Earn 1,000 Medal Points in a Battleground match

•    To the Victor: Win three Battleground matches

Event Tickets

You can also earn three Event Tickets per day, per account, during the Whitestrake's Mayhem Event. 

Completing any Cyrodiil or Battlegrounds daily repeatable quest grants two Event Tickets, and you will earn a third Event Ticket by completing any Imperial City district daily repeatable quest. 

Of course, the Impresario event merchant is also opening her shop during the event. In each event, she offers a variation of unique items. During the Whitestrake's Mayhem event in July 2022, the Impresario will offer:

•    House Dufort Banneret Style pages

•    Soulfire Dragon Illusion fragments

•    Daggerfall Paladin fragments

•    All three Companion Commendations

•    Bag of Veteran's Glory

Several rewards from previous Whitestrake's Mayhem events can no longer be found in Pelinal Boon Boxes. These rewards are now included in the Bag of Veteran's Glory, which you can purchase for two Event Tickets from the Impresario. Inside the Bag of Veteran's Glory, you can find:

The bag also contains Legion Zero Outfit Style pages and Second Legion Outfit Style pages. Furthermore, you can collect Banner-Bearer Shields and Staves from all three Alliance, and you may also find Legion Zero Vigiles Pages, Black Drake's Body Warpaint, and Black Drake's Face Warpaint.
